Our Promise

We strive to ship all orders the same day when placed before 4 PM Eastern Time (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday. During certain holidays, please allow an extra day for processing.

Charges

Don't be fooled by the free shipping trend! More often than not, the sales tax you pay on your "free shipping" order is much more than our nominal shipping charge.

We ship with UPS for all ground shipments and USPS for expedited shipments. However we would be happy to ship by the carrier of your choice. Please contact us at heritagehouse@boyssuits.com if you prefer to use a carrier other than UPS or USPS.

On orders with a suit or sport coat we use a large box (36” x 20” x 4”). All of our garments are of the highest quality and we choose to ship in a large box to insure they will not arrive wrinkled.

We offer convenient shipping options across the contiguous U.S.:

• UPS Ground – $7.99 on orders up to $75, free for orders over $75 
• USPS Priority Mail – Rates are calculated at checkout (delivery times are not guaranteed)
• USPS Express – Rates are calculated at checkout (usually next-day delivery to most areas)

For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii please contact us for details.

* Delivery times with USPS Priority Mail are not guaranteed.

* Most UPS Ground shipments within the contiguous U.S. are guaranteed to be delivered within 1-5 business days. Since we typically ship same business day on orders placed before 4PM Monday to Friday, you may find that expedited shipping isn't necessary. (See the map below for UPS Ground transit times) 

* During holiday periods, we recommend allowing at least one extra day in case of delays. Please note that insured USPS packages may require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that this quote is only an estimate—actual costs may vary based on duty fees, import taxes, and customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer. While we ship same day whenever possible, customs processing can delay delivery times, and this is beyond our control.
