Returns & Exchanges
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Within 60 days of original purchase Heritage House gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for a full refund. All original labels must still be affixed to the merchandise and all original packaging must accompany the return. Please include the original receipt or a facsimile. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are not refundable (except for damaged merchandise). You can use the carrier of your choice to return any item. Please remember to insure all packages. If you prefer we can e-mail you a prepaid UPS return label. Please e-mail us at email@example.com or call TOLL FREE 1-888-784-8269. There is a reasonable shipping charge for returns (other than for damaged merchandise) when we send a prepaid return label, that will be deducted from your refund. There is also a reasonable charge for return shipping on refused packages.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange it - we will ship your new items with no additional shipping charges to your location (within the United States). You can return the items to be exchanged by the carrier of your choice. Please remember to insure the package and please include the original receipt or a facsimile. There is a nominal shipping charge for the return from you when we send a prepaid return label.
