We stand behind the quality of our products. If you ever receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping with us, and that’s why we keep returns simple and stress-free. If your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, no problem—you have up to 60 days from the date of receipt to send it back.
All we ask is that items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with any tags still attached, and are accompanied by all garment bags, boxes, or packaging. We ask that you ship your return/exchange items in the original box you received your order in.
Please also include your receipt, a copy, or a written note with your name and order number so we can process everything quickly. Refunds go right back to your original form of payment. Shipping charges aren’t refundable, unless of course the item was damaged or defective—then we’ll take care of it.
You can return your package with the carrier of your choice (just remember to insure it), or, if you’d like an easier option, we can email you a prepaid UPS return label. To request one, contact us via email or phone. A small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our label, unless the item was damaged. The same applies if a package is refused. For smaller items, you may find it’s cheaper to ship them back with a flat-rate carrier rather than using our label.
Exchanges
If your order isn’t quite right, we’ll be glad to help you with an exchange. We’ll ship your replacement items to you free of charge anywhere in the U.S.
To send back the items you’d like to exchange, you can use the carrier of your choice—just be sure to insure the package and include your receipt (or a copy) so we can process it quickly.
If you’d rather not handle shipping yourself, we can email you a prepaid UPS return label. Simply reach out to us and we'll provide you a prepaid return label. A small return shipping fee will apply when using our prepaid label.
